Refund/Exchange Policy
If you receive a product that you believe is not what was expected, we will replace the item or refund your money. For your confidence in trading with Padilla, we wish to advise that all garments are checked and personally packed before dispatch. Customers are guaranteed brand new garments, without the risk of returned goods which have been worn and resent.  

Products Insurance
Padilla is not responsible for item lost, stolen or damage during shipment. For a safer trading, please choose an insurance option with your order which will cover the unexpected situation. Please inform us if you wish to have insurance on the products you purchase.

Delivery
All purchased items will be posted at the same day or at least 1 business day after we received your payment. Some credit card and PayPal payments may require some times to clear through the bank, therefore we will post your item as soon as we receive the payment in our bank account.

We post our item using standard air mail service, if you would like us to send it with express air mail service, please do not hesitate to contact us. If you choose to use an express air mail service, a further shipping cost will be charged.

Prior to shipment, we will provide you with an estimated date for delivery. The delivery time varies according to your country.

Please inform us if your order does not arrive after the estimated time. Once we receive the notification that your order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge an enquiry with the courier company to track down the delivery status.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.
